What will you do?

As a Sales Support Intern, you will support the sales team with various commercial and administrative tasks. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and be involved in the entire process from customer contact to order processing. Your tasks will include:

Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks.
Processing and coordinating customer orders and deliveries.
Managing customer interactions via email and phone, advising and assisting them with inquiries.
Improving internal processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
Maintaining sales administration and invoicing.
Contributing to the brand awareness of Yehwang by providing excellent service and working accurately.

Who are you?

You are currently pursuing a relevant MBO or HBO degree (e.g., commerce, business, fashion, or administration).
You have a passion for fashion and jewelry.
You are communicatively strong and customer-oriented.
You have a proactive and detail-oriented work ethic.
You have good proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
You are independent, responsible, and eager to learn.
You live in or near Ede.
