make your experience at Yehwang even more pleasant:
1. Order before 15:00 to have your order delivered the next day
In the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg, all orders that are placed before 15:00 will arrive the next day.

2. Our Find a Shop-Function
End users (your customers) often ask us: “Where can I buy Yehwang jewelry & fashion?” We’d love to help our own customers to be found. That’s why our website and app now have a Find a shop function.
On this page, individuals can easily see which online and offline stores sell our products.

3. Feel free to use all our footage
Did you know that you can use all the pictures on our website for your own store? We want to help you to better sell your Yehwang products and therefore you’re free to use both our product pictures as well as our model pictures.
Our photos are made by a professional photographer and are easy to download by clicking on the ‘download’ button that you can find right next to every product.
4. Get 10% discount on your first order.
Did you know that new customers get a 10% discount on their first orders?! This discount will be deducted automatically and is valid for 7 days after your registration with Yehwang.

5. Products out of stock? Submit a ‘Restock request’
Is the product you’d love to order sold out? Let us know that you’re interested and we may get it back in stock!
This is how it works: When a product is out of stock on our website, you can find a button on the right of the picture with ‘SUBMIT REQUEST’. Click on the button and let us know how many pieces you would be interested in. We’ll check if we can re-order the product.
You’ll automatically get a notification via e-mail when the product is back in stock!
Did you know that we have a special page where all the sold-out products are listed and you can submit a request for? This way we’ll know which items we should order AND you’ll be one of the first to know when they are back in stock because of the notification!
The page is called Restock Request and can be found on the top of the website, next to the language preference. See all sold-out products here and submit your restock request!
6. The Shopping 10-Days are coming your way!
Many customers already know this (and many ask about them): A couple times a year we organize the Yehwang Shopping 10-Days, where you can shop selected items with extremely high discounts for ten days long.

7. Our Back in
Stock-page
We’ve recently added a Back in stock-page on
our website. On this page you can see which items are back in stock. These are
piece by piece bestsellers that were sold out in no time or products of which
you have submitted a restock
request (see item 5 of this list).
Keep in mind that there are many products that went very fast and
now probably will go incredibly fast again.
8. Your customized Private label jewelry
You can also come to us for Private Label jewelry productions.
Think of small adjustments to our existing jewelry, such as changing a color or
material or using your own packaging or logo.
Another option is to develop your own design and have them produced by
us.

9. Yehwang Amsterdam: Visit our showroom at the WFC
Did you know that we have a showroom at the World Fashion Centre (WFC) in
Amsterdam? With over 320 m2 and a collection that is replenished weekly you’ll
undoubtedly find what you’re looking for! Our enthusiastic ladies are happy to
help you find the best items and to point you to current promotions.
The great thing about our showroom is that you can see our products in
real life and that we work according to the Cash & Carry principle: You can pay immediately and
take your order with you.
Remember: You can only enter the World Fashion Centre if you have a
valid WFC pass. You can easily request this at worldfashioncentre.nl. As soon as you have the WFC pass you are welcome at Yehwang in tower 3 on the
first floor.
Our showroom is open from Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
and on Sunday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
10. See our clothing collection in real life
Our clothing collection is currently only available online and not in
our showroom in Amsterdam. Would you like to see our collection in real life
though? That is possible!
In our showroom in Ede, the Netherlands (note: only by appointment) you
can come and see, feel and order our clothing, jewelry and accessories.

- Return process: You can arrange your return fully online! Read here how this new return process works.
- Invoices: Go to My Account > click on My Order > you will find Details /Invoices, where you can download your invoices.
- Newsletter: Subscribe to our newsletter and receive a €10 voucher.
- Pre-order: These are bestsellers that are expected to go back in stock soon. Above the product is stated in which week the product is expected. Please note that, if you pre-order several products that are expected in different weeks, you’ll receive the total order in the week that the last product comes in. Pre-order products and products that are in stock cannot be combined when ordering. You have to place two separate orders.
- Yehwang app: Download the app and get a € 5, - discount on your first order via the app.
- Resale function: Simplify your online sales with our resale function. This function helps Yehwang distributers to more easily publish product information online and on social media to expand your sales channels and reach more customers.
- Instagram: Follow us on Instagram to see our latest must haves. Use #yehwang in your photos and we might share them!
